Before submitting please read through the following guidelines:

• DO NOT submit proxies which is still under construction.
• Free submissions are only for dedicated domain name. Sub domains, free domains, redirects and framed proxies (such as embedproxies) are not accepted in free submission. If you need to submit those, please consider our advertising options.
• All contents of listings are subject to our approval. This listing may be amended and modified at any time by ProxyWhereabouts in its sole discretion and ProxyWhereabouts reserves the unrestricted right to reject, cancel or remove any urls for any reason at any time.

DO NOT submit a proxy running on subdomain, free domain, redirect to other proxy or domain parking, embed proxies, framed proxies.

UPDATE! : From December 2008, we are no longer accepts any other sites than web proxies for free submission. Sites other than web proxies can only be submitted via paid subscription that can be found on Advertise page

UPDATE! : Please include "http://www." when submitting your proxies and DO NOT use capital letters!!.

UPDATE! : When linking back, DO NOT put our link in scrolling marque or iframe.
